Responsibilities: Review the quality and accuracy of all information received from the project team and contractors to ensure compliance with project protocols. Maintain and update the Work Package Register and the company Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM). Monitor and maintain user access rights and permission levels. Maintain and organize hard-copy construction documentation. Provide user support for the Document Management System (DMS), including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Manage and monitor document workflows within the DMS, ensuring timely review, approval, and responses from all stakeholders. Upload correspondence, meeting minutes, and other project documents to the DMS, ensuring proper referencing and compliance with project protocols. Prepare customized reports and dashboards in the DMS to track document status, outstanding actions, and workflow performance. Maintain the DMS access register for all assigned contractors. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for contractors on DMS procedures and document control protocols. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support, preferably within the construction industry. Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Knowledge of document version control, review, and approval processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
